GoGo squeeZ® Apple AppleDetail
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and ginger in a bowl.
Mix the maple syrup, molasses, egg, GoGo squeeZ® appleapple applesauce, and vanilla extract in a separate, and larger bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and mix until well combined.
Wrap the dough in plastic, and refrigerate for 3+ hours.
Remove the dough from the fridge, and roll out on a floured surface until about 1/4 inch thick.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a gingerbread man cookie cutter (or cookie cutter of your choosing), cut the dough into shapes, and place them on the lined baking sheet.
Bake cookies for 8 minutes, then let cool. Decorate to your liking (we mixed some GoGo squeeZ YogurtZ with honey and vanilla extract to make frosting)
